Cashew nuts type W180 are internationally known as the King of Cashews. In the cashew industry, the larger the nut, the more delicious it is; the more nutrients in the nut, the greater its value. Therefore, W180 cashew kernels have the highest quality both inside and outside.
W210
W210 human cashew nuts are internationally known as Jumbo cashew nuts. They are the second standard of cashews. Because W210 cashews are large in size and very expensive, they are often used to make roasted or flavored snacks and high-end products.
W240
W240 human cashews are known internationally as premium large sized cashews. W240 cashew nuts are often used to make roasted or flavored snacks and many other high-end products that require premium whole cashews. In the cashew industry, W240 and W320 are most used.
W320
Cashew kernel W320 grade is known internationally as Standard Large Kernels. They have a nutty flavor and a rich taste to be used in recipes of roasted or flavored snacks or processed into cashew cheese or cashew butter. W320 is the most popular amongst cashew kernels and highest in terms of availability.
W450
Cashew kernel W450 grade is known internationally as Standard nuts. They are often used to make snacks, food and used in the food industry (chocolate factory, pastry factory, biscuit factory,…). Since W450 is the smallest in the whole kernel category, it is the cheapest.
